Excellent customer service
The staff were very helpful, and friendly. We arrived early in the morning and they gave us a room immediately. Also, the gym facility is fantastic. They provided free bottles of water while using the gym. It is very well located across the street from the train station, yet distant enough so the noise won’t bother you. There is a market across the street where you can buy groceries. We asked to use the hotel microwave and very kindly they heated our food. I’ll stay here again.

nice hotel near the train station
This was a very nice 4 star hotel that was just a 2 minute walk from the Santa Justa train station. It was about a 30 minute walk to the main sights (cathedral, etc.) with a baby stroller. There also was plenty of shopping near the hotel with a huge El Corte Ingles just a block away. We definitely will stay there again!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The breakfast that was included with the rate was very good but it got very busy at about 10:30 a.m. We suggest hitting the buffet a bit earlier!

Need a better location
Nice place--but next time I would find a place closer to the Cathedral, shops, etc in the historic section.

Stayed for the night. Conveniently located next to train station. Not bad, not remarkable.

Great stay
It was our first time to Seville and we wanted something easy to find and close to SOMETHING. We were very happy with our room with the exception of the fact that we have two children in cribs and they can only put one crib in a room.

There is a (very crowded) shopping mall and El Corte Ingles within walking distance (4 blocks or so).
