Not so impressed by the Ritz
My husband and I stayed for one night for our anniversary. I was unimpressed by the amenities and the service. We supposedly had one of the nicest rooms, but a quick peek inside the penthouse suite (where a newlywed couple was staying) confirmed that if you really want a nice room, stay in the suite. Ours was barely nicer than our family timeshare. Don’t get me wrong, it was nice, but I simply expected more for the reputation and rate. The room itself was comfortable, but small. The view was not so great, and the lobby was simply slightly above average for a luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the toiletries nice. No cable other than HBO. Will try a different hotel next time we want to splurge.

Love the view
I really enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the marina in the morning after breakfast.
Traveler's tip on dining
The only bad thing I have to say is the late night menu is limited and the food is horrible. I expected much more from this hotel.
