Beautiful hotel!
Very clean, very comfortable room and bed. Lots of room, large bathroom too. Very friendly staff. Check in took less than 2 minutes, checkout was about 30 seconds. Good comfortable chairs too.

OK place to stay
Hotel was very nice. Room was comfortable. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Personally thought mattress was too soft for my back. It caused me back discomfort after several days of sleeping on it. Breakfast was horrible-non pre-packaged foods were fake and not good. The "meat", "egg", and bisquits were awful. The juice even tasted water down. Pre-packaged instant oatmeal,danish and the fresh fruit was fine. Because of this, we skipped breakfast most mornings. Having papers available was a very nice touch. LA paper in addition to USA Today. Probably good value for the money. Location was great for us.

Nice Place
The hotel and rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast is okay as long as you get there soon after they start serving. They don’t keep up with food trays going empty. Also, the pool was ice cold. They must be keeping the heat down to save money. Don’t let this mislead you though. For the price, this place is good. Loma Linda Medical Center is only a 10 minute drive as well.

Clean and comfortable!
I was pleasantly surprised on the comfort of the beds and pillows. The breakfast was great too! Lots of choices for a hot meal or you could keep it light.

Wonderful experience
The hotel staff was very friendly & the room was very nice - I would not consider this only a 2.5 star hotel...it may not be the Ritz, but very affordable for the type of service given & room quality.

Nice place to stay
The room was very large and comfortable, very clean too. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods but the quality was somewhat lacking (terrible coffee).

Very nice
The Comfort Inn Suites in Redlands was very nice and accessible from the freeway. They also had a very nice "hot" continental breakfast. We weould stay there again if we had the opportunity!

Great hotel for training location
We use the hotel for our employees when they attend training at ESRI. It is great locations and never one complaint. It is clean and the are close to the locations.

Nice hotel for the area
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times since it is near both sides of our families. It has easy access to the freeways but the hotel itself is a little too close. If your window is open you hear it! The rooms are nice sized. The front desk was accomodating in giving us an upper level room instead of a bottom level which is generally noisy. The breakfast is better than expected. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Great Hotel
Hotel was clean and room was spacious and modern. Indoor pool and jacuzzi was nice (it was 115 degrees outside)! They also offer free Breakfast until 9:30am!
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Hotel is in a good location; close to freeway, shopping and restaurants are less then one mile away.

Noisy little hotel
while the hotel was comfortable enough, the rattling of the ac window unit kept both of us up all night. we left it on for white noise, so when it started rattling, i turned it off. the people talking down the hall was even worse than the rattle, so i turned it back on.
