Was ok
We were in a non smoking room but it smelt like smoke. We also needed directions to a restaurant and the staff wasn’t very helpful. Couldnt provide us with directions.

We have stayed there twice in the last two months and every time we have been very satisfied with the location, service.
This located is in an industrial park and is more for the business person so there is not a lot of things to do. They do have a nice indoor pool.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I left a cell phone in my room when I departed and the front desk staff could not have been less helpful when I asked for their assistance in retrieving the phone and shipping it to me (at my expense). I also contacted the hotel manager, who did not even return my call. I would not stay here again when in Livermore, nor would I recommend this property to others.
