WIll stay elsewhere next time
Contractors use this hotel for their construction workers during the weeknights. Lot’s of people hanging out drinking and partying late into the night on the balconies. No one bothered us on our evening arrival but stared down my wife. Made us nervous. Front desk clerks were completely unhelpful and close to rude. No wireless internet. The only plus was: cheap price, close to town, breakfast was ok. Won’t stay here again

One of Charleston, SC area’s best values!
Desk attendant was very friendly. The outside property is well maintained. Found the room comfortable and contained: microwave, coffee maker, iron, and in-room safe. The bathroom does need upgrading (found tile grout to be discolored). However, the bath room as well as the general room areas were acceptably clean. They had a complimentary breakfast (waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee, etc. This stay was a good value!
I selected this motel because it was one of lowest priced in the Charleston area. It is about 25 minutes from our destination, Folly Beach. I was satisfied, found good value and would go back.
