great place too far away
hotel was great...staff was very helpful...clean room ..very comfortable bed
Traveler's tip on nightlife
good place to stay but if you want to go out at night while in Paris you might want to pick a closer hotel because it is far away and the metro stops at one am.

Metro Issue
In order to access the metro you must first catch a bus and although there is a stop directly outside the hotel...theat stop is only at certain times so you must walk the 1/2 mile to the bus stop to catch for the metro. This is okay during the day but not such a good area to walk in the evening. I do not recommend walking this area alone at night.

Good if you need to save money.
This is a French version of a mom and pop motel. It’s a bit out of the way but works if you need to save money. Buses don’t run late or week ends so you have to walk for four blocks through a working class nieborhood. Then bus to the metro. And about a haft hour to downtown Paris.
