No doubt I will stay there again
I read good comments about the hotel, however, staying not only proove right but exceeded my expectations. It is really a four stars type of hotel but with a five stars service. Price probably looks right, the high value you get makes you feel it is not expensive at all.
Traveler's tip on dining
You can eat original japanese food in many restaurants three blocks walking distance to the back of the Hotel. Area looks and feel safe even late at night.

Beautiful & comfortable room, outstanding service
I found the Celestine Hotel to be outstanding for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. My room was much larger than typical in Tokyo with a panoramic view of the skyline. The staff kept it clean, the laundry service was fast and efficient. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. No request was an imposition. The 14th floor lounge room/library was relaxing, open 24 hours, with lovely patios on either side where one could sit outside. The restaurants in the hotel, particularly the Grand Cross Tavern & Grill, were excellent. The Grand Cross served an outstanding Japanese buffet breakfast with American options, and the dinner we had there was on a par with any four-star restaurant in terms of quality and imagination.

clean, convenient, efficient
Booked this hotel for new years eve and new years day and I couldnt have been happier. It was everything it advertises and is conveniently right off of a JR line. It is just a few minutes from every major sight seeing spot in Tokyo, yet is located in a quiet area conducive to a restful sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price. Check in and check out were very efficient. The lobby was immaculate.
