Campanile Nanterre Hotel, Paris
Price was just right. Distance from middle of Paris a little ways out, but easy access to public transportation. Knowledgable staff & helpful; most speak English. Clean rooms, was shocked at size of bathroom; much larger than expected. Not luxurious but good on budget. Would recommend to others.

great price but you get what you pay for
All I can say is you get what you pay for...first of all a prepaid room and when we get there no rooms left ...so they sent us to a 2 star place ...day 2 have to move twice as when we finally got a room no AC and there was a huge party with lots of noise next door (which the employee at the desk says it happens All the time)the 3rd room we had still the AC did not work (and it was 80-F most of our stay)and to top it off the day we left the evelator broke so I had to carry 6 bags down 3 stories just to get my days exercise!!! beware of this place if you value comfort

You get what you pay for.
Cheap rate,2 start hotel: you get what you pay for. We were lead to believe breakfast buffet was included but ended up paying for on checkout as hotel staff told us it was not included. Exhorbitant priced buffet for very mediocre food. Would strongly advise against eating in the hotel. AC did not work in the hotel. It did not get fixed either after we requested them about the problem. Easy to get to downtown Paris via a bus and subway.
