Good hotel to stay!
The room is clean and has a very good size. It is close to the train station and city center.

Surprisingly spacious.
We were surprised with the size of the room, and it seemed recently refurbished. The selection with the included breakfast was decent enough. It was warm (by Rotterdam standards), so AC would’ve been nice, but I suspect that wouldn’t be an issue most days.
Traveler's tip
We were advised at a tourist info office by the Central Station that this is a "dodgy" neighborhood. Although we had/saw no problems at all, the local coffeeshop had thick glass between employees and customers. We did feel safe walking to the hotel at midnight, though, and the only person of concern was , ironically, next to the station.

Value for money
This was intended to be an inexpensive stay which it proved to be. The room was in an ajoining building, it was clean and there was plenty of hot water. Parking was in a separate lot at additional expense and involved walking back to collect and return gate key. Continental breakfast was excellent, cereal, cheese, ham, yoghurt, tea or coffee and pastries. The surrounding area was not very pleasant but the town centre was close and there were many inexpensive restuarants close by.

Need an address and a map to find hotel location. Not very well known by locals.
