Nice hotel
The Cram Hotel is in a nice location. A few blocks away there is a street lined with restaurants and cafes. The staff was very nice and spoke english. I was under the impression that it was some what of a hot spot. Saturday night at midnight, we we’re the only people in the bar. Maybe that explains why we were charged so much for the drinks. Expensive, even by NYC standards. Overall, nice hotel.

Comfortable and friendly
We arrived very early but room was avaliable. Staff was friendly and spoke english well. Continental breakfast was excellent but room service was limited. Very modern with small well designed rooms but comfortable and quiet. Would definately stay here again.

great location, great staff
First, we are two young professionals traveling to Barcelona for vacation and pure leisure... It was our first trip to Spain and we wanted to stay somewhere hip and trendy in a great location without spending a ton. Long story short, we were very impressed with Hotel Cram and it delivered on all accounts. The location is ideal as you are in walking distance of several "touristy" spots, shopping and dining. The rooms are a bit small and our tv did not work, but the decor is urban and contemporary and very modern (modern bar/lounge downstairs, nice standup glass shower, and modern amenities for the price). The balcony has a great view (but on a major road and traffic might get a bit loud if noise is a concern). IN ADDITION, during our stay, the staff was incredibly professional and courteous, they helped translate several times and were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Check out the Las Ramblas area after midnight, it’s sketchy and shady, but not as dangerous as some would say and a great place to people watch and have a drink or two. There are several late night cafes in that area that are fantastic as well.
