Not bad
We were only there a night, but everything was good. We arrived late & had no problem checking in after hours. It helped that we called the night before to arrange everything.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Use the hotel shuttle to/from the airport if possible. It’s cheaper (free) than a taxi!

Helpful Staff
The hotel has a free shuttle to/from Gatwick Airport. On the return to the airport I left a small bag in the shuttle van. The hotel was most helpful making sure the bag was return to me ASAP. Breakfast: Complimentary and very good. Continental or full English style provided.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
From the hotel the business district of Horley is only a 5 min. walk away. It is quite delightul. The Horely train station is also in the main shopping area. Excellent service.
