Avoid this hotel if possible
While the hotel is a charming old building, "old" is the operative description. There is no elevator, making it very difficult for senior citizens. The rooms are located throughout a myriad of twists and turns, which is an extreme pain for lugging baggage. Our room was a "king-sized" bed that was actually two twin beds pushed together (we did encounter this at another hotel, however). The room was extremely small leaving little room to store luggage; and there are no washclothes, so you need to bring one. The service was mediocre and the breakfast was forgettable. The hotel didnt offer much in ambience and had the odd smell of an older building, so taking into account all of the above, perhaps that is why this hotel is "unrated"? Recommendation is to find another hotel, which there are PLENTY in each town center.
