Worth every penny!!!!!!
This was my first stay at a Sheraton hotel,and I can say it was fabulous!Everything from the room service to the lounge and the hotel staff,met my expectations and more.The views from the room and the hotel were amazing.I’m planning to stay at the Sheraton in Hawaii because of this stay!

In off-peak days hotel turned to zombie
We checked in the hotel during the Nastar National ski racing. Everything was fine during the event. We stayed 1 night after the event and many services were shut down as soon as the crowd left. The shuttle service did not work, they closed the pool etc. When asked why, they gave bogus explanations like the shuttle guy did not come to work today, the weather was bad for the outdoor pool, the pool chemicals were out of balance etc., but we never got those services, although we are paying customers.

Great Sheraton
Newly remodeled Sheraton a great upgrade to an already great hotel. Have stayed there multiple times. Very convenient.
