Disappointed with Housekeeping!
The location of this hotel is great. It is within walking distance of the fjord and convenience to tourism sites is also very good. As far as the hotel itself, the breakfast buffet is super. View of the fjord was terrific. The housekeeping was terrible. One day our room was never visited--no towels, no bed making. We called three times to the front desk to have this resolved and housekeeping never showed. Front desk at least got us the towels. Also we happened to be in Oslo during a time when the temperatures reached the 80’s. Our room never cooled down.
