Impressive!
While quite pricey, this hotel was well worth the price. Located right on Mallory Square puts you right where the action is, and the rooms are perfect - restfully decorated, roomy and spotless. And what can I say about the bedding - sheer bliss!

NEW OWNERS DOING A GREAT JOB! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!
I was very concerned after I read the reviews. We did not cancel and We are Very Glad that we didn’t. The new owners took over about 2-1/2 months ago and have been very busy ever since. They upgraded our room to an ocean front for free. I really appreciate it! The property is incredible. We liked the location the best. Our charter boat is docked there. 2 Pools, Tiki Bar, Rumrunner Lounge. The restaurant was closed for renovations. There were plenty of local eateries though. We are looking forward to returning. Keep up the Good Work Guys. You are doing a wonderful job!
Whale Harbor Restaurant go to the Upstairs Restaurant. It was Excellent!

A good deal for a nice place
The grounds of this resort are impressive but the rooms are lacking. I think in it’s hey day this was the place to be but it hasn’t seen those day’s in along time. The grounds were very well maintained with 2 large pools and a great beach area. The rooms on the other hand were very old and while everything in our room worked it was in need of some TLC. This wasn’t a problem as we spent very little time in the room. To their credit they were in the process of rehabbing several of the buildings on the property.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
If you like diving Conch Republic Divers can’t be beat. And the hotel has great area to snorkel I was able to swim with several large tarpon/dolphin right off the beach.
