Best Western vacaville
The front office staff was very nice, check in was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. There was lots to choose from with the continental breakfast. All in all, a great stay.

Hotel in need of repair
This is a very small, very old, motel that is in need of repairs. We booked two non-smoking rooms for three nights. One of our rooms was a smoking room, the other had an A/C that did not work. While speaking to the front desk personnel about the A/C problem, I overheard the people in the room next door complaining about their bathroom being flooded with water. They did not even check in and went elsewhere. Since the hotel was booked solid, they could not give us another room with a working A/C. Due to the lateness of the night Expedia couldn’t do anything to move us either, but did work to get us into another property the next night and did an excellent job. I must say the Heritage Inn was very understanding, provided us with two rollaways in the one room we had and though we had six in a room designed for four, it had A/C and we could get some sleep. They didn’t charge us for the room without the A/C and would have moved us to another room, but the property remained sold out. Still, wouldn’t stay here again.
