Family Fun
We have 3 kids and this room was great. The full kitchen saved us a ton of money on food.At checkin we were given a grocery card for local store to get all the deals. washer/dryer in unit...didn’t have to pack as much. private screened balcony on lakeview side (a must). They have a marina and we were able to rent a boat and tubes to pull the kids. Scenic drive, great location, close enough to everything but not IN Branson. We will be back next year.
Great public beach(moonshine) a couple miles away. rock bottom so wear swim shoes. Silver dollar city was one of the best overall amusement parks we have been to(shows,food,rides for all ages)

Terrible
The room was dirty. Their bathroom had bugs in the tub. And you have to go to the front desk and return your dirty towels before they will give you new ones.
Find a different Hotel.

Not Impressed
The club house parking area is hectic. Do not let the G.M. of the facility check you in. The front desk person later told us "I like her she is a great boss but she she can not do my job." I gave the G.M. a copy of my itinerary and she took it checked us in and gave me a key. The room was a normal room, not the deluxe I reserved, I called expedia I told him what was wrong. They told me to go back and give her a copy of my itinerary. I informed him that I had gave her a copy when I checked in and the she kept the copy, but I brought extra copies. He faxed a copy to be sure to the front desk, when I got there, the lady already had it. She went on as I said before about the G.M. She asked me if we used the toilet because if we did they would need to send the house keeper there, (she asked me if we used the facility, they should send them regardless!) She then asked me if I had a parking permit, "A what!" chalked that up to the G.M. We finally get new room, to find the toilet had left overs, and the tub was filthy. We asked for direction to a place to eat, she could not give them to us nor did even try using a map. That evening we went to the indoor pool, well the poolroom was cold and the water colder. My kids lips turned blue and so did the other kid that was there. There were towels every where around the pool, mean while the front desk lady watched T.V. We woke in the morning to a stampede of foot steps, stuff being dropped from the above residents at 7:00 A.M.
Traveler's tip
There are several places to stay in Branson MO. Do stay somewhere else. And what ever you do not do not buy a time share here. For a 3 star place it is not worth it.
