Extremely Noisy
I read some of the reviews before booking but should have paid closer attention. This is a very noisy hotel. The Atrium style architecture with the bar on the ground floor with rooms above is terrible. All of the bar noise comes right to your door, and that it does every night till after midnight. I also thought the linens were poor quality, especially the bed sheets. They crackle. Poor tv selection and quality..volume between channels is drastic. Not a good experience at all.

Comfortable and reasonably priced
Traveled to the Sioux Falls area for a visit with an elderly aunt in assisted living in the area. Hotel was easy to access from the airport. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Total experience was satisfactory.

Rocky start but good overall
Overall, the hotel was very nice. However, when we checked in, they gave us a room that was already occupied. Fortunately, the individual was not in there room when we entered. For so many reasons, this could have been an extremely embarrassing situation. However, the front desk didn’t seem very willing to accept their mistake. They did apologize after questioning whether there really was someone still occupying the room. Customer service training might not be a bad idea.
