Very pleased
We were very happy with the Homestead in Irvine. The front desk clerks were very nice and accomodating. The rooms were very quiet, we heard very little outside noise. Keep in mind it is mostly for business travel and extended stay. So, think of it like your own apartment. Cleaning isn’t on a daily basis (like your own apartment). Bring your own toiletries.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Irvine Spectrum is across the fwy so, plan on driving there. Very close to major fwys so you can get anywhere easily.

beware dog owners
They will give you the "dog room" and it wont smell pretty. They obviously don’t spend any extra time cleaning rooms where dogs stayed with their owners. When I asked for Air Freshener, they suggested I visit Target. Obviously they don’t use it in their cleaning process. Fortunately Expedia offered to help when I called; otherwise, the weekend would have been a complete loss.
