Standard One Star - Needs Better Room Service
The hotel is what is expected for a one-star, low budget, extended stay hotel. The furnishings are standard, with no extras. I have a high standard when it comes to cleaniness, and the hotels policy is that the room is only cleaned once every four to five days during an extended stay (we were there for about two and half weeks). Guests are required to bring linens to the guest desk for exchange. Every time we asked for a full set of clean linens during the exchange, the hotel NEVER had clean wash cloths. Also, since the room was not to be cleaned for 4-5 days, when I asked for a broom/vaccum to self clean the room, the hotel refused to provide on several occasions (either could not locate, or stated that it was a liability to provide a broom to a guest). I was instructed to wait until housekeeping arrived the following day. When I asked housekeeping for items to self clean, I was told to use in five minutes and return. The hotel needs to be able to provide guests with the means to self clean their room if the room service is not to be provided on a daily basis.

Not Good.
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Following are the issues weve faced - Very less utinsils to cook - Bed was not clean - Ants were seen everywhere in the room - No elevator (we stayed in 1st floor) - Phone was not working Totally dissatisfied with the hotel. Weve lodged the complaint at front desk. But their response was not that fast. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.
