Worked well
I traveled with two four year olds and our stay was simple and nice. The pool and hot tub were maintained and towels were there one of the two days we used the pool. Breakfast was a respectable combination of warm and cold food. Only real complaint was the air conditioner was not functioning well- the room was cool, but not dehumidified and the the unit ran loudly.
Traveler's tip on shopping
The "Cincinatti Mills" mall is a bust. Almost everything is closed except the anchor stores.

nice for the price
Hotel was clean and well organized. staff was ok but did not go out of their way. nice breakfast but eggs were cold one morning but it was towards the end and there was a microwave. room was small but fine if not spending alot of time in room. pool was nice, area was clean and orderly and quiet. was in area to visit family would stay again as long as the price was right,

Disappointed
we had stayed here previously and didn’t have any complaints. This trip the heat in the room, you couldn’t adjust it, it was either on full blast or off. It was difficult to maintain any kind of comfort level for an extended period. The lamp in the room - you had to use needle nose pliers to turn it on or off, so I just turned it on and then unplugged and plugged it in in order to turn it off or on. I was disappointed to say the least. Other than the lamp & the heat, the cleanliness was satifactory, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Must have just gotten a bad room this stay.
