Friendly Staff!!!
My wife and I were staying the Parkview in order to attend a concert in Syracuse. We found the Parkview to be a great hotel. The staff was particularly helpful and friendly. They arranged for free transportation to and from the concert. I also liked the beautiful lobby area, complete with web access. The restaurant in the same building was fine for breakfast.

Clean and good service
We stayed one night. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The electric heat in the room was so noisy, we had to shut it off to get some sleep. Problem with that was that it got so cold because of a tremendous draft between the wall and the heating unit. So the choice was cold or noise. Somewhat strange breakfast shop. Self service would work better than to have to deal with the hyper sales staff behind the counter.
