Good on a budget
Possibly one of the best budget hotels you can get. Its an extended stay, so it runs on the cheaper side of things. But this also means you do not receive all the flair of normal Hotels/Motels. What you do get is a bed, a shower, and a stove. Every like five days they will do a cleaning service. As I said on a budget you can’t go wrong. Especially if you are planning on an long stay.

Very Inexpensive
Our "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke and contained ashtrays along with the no smoking sign. The bathroom wall featured a large hole where someone had apparently opened the door way too hard thus pushing in the doorstop and a sizable hunk of wallboard. When I mentioned this, the manager indicated he knew about it. The advertised two queen-size beds looked like twin beds to me. On the other hand, the room was downright cheap which made up for a lot. The location, which was convenient for us, seemed rather downscale but the neighborhood turned out to not be nearly as bad as it had seemed at first glance with the exclusive Cherry Creek neighborhood just a few blocks away.
This is an extended stay hotel. Don’t expect free daily maid service.

Good for the price
This was an older hotel, but was clean and very reasonably priced. Don’t expect any extras (WiFi, daily cleaning, etc) without a charge. The kitchenette was helpful to save money. The hotel is in a good location with very quick access to the zoo, museums, shopping, and dining. We’ve stayed in better, but for the price, we’d come back here again.
