Would love to go back
I booked a last-minute weekend trip to Boston and was impressed with what I found. The staff at Le Meridien was very friendly and helpful upon check-in and check-out. The decor of the lobby provided a warm and modern atmosphere suited well for the MIT/Harvard neighborhood. The contemporary decor flows well from the lobby, to the elevator, to the room itself. The room was extremely comfortable, particularly the king-size bed. The bathroom was certainly large enough, but needed a little bit more lighting. Wish I had time to check out the roof-top garden. The room service breakfast was a bit pricey, but having never ordered room service and being constrained by the checkout time, it was worth it. Le Meridien also happens to be in a vibrant, safe, and lively neighborhood. I wish I had planned to stay longer to attend the fall harvest festival in Harvard Square. Definitely worth another visit; cant wait to go back!

Really pleased with this hotel
We stayed for 4 nights in Aug and found it easy to get around to the T and local sights and restaurants. The way into the hotel from the garage was a bit confusing, but once we stepped into the hotel, all I can say is Wow. It was calm and pleasing to the eye. The room was good sized, not big, but the four of us managed. The refrigerator was stocked, if you wanted a fridge to store leftovers you need to ask for one and I believe it is available for an extra fee - that was the only disappointment.
Get a multiday T- pass and use the subway. Leave your car in the garage - it is relatively easy to get where you want with only a few blocks walk on either end.
