It’s hard to believe...
Where does one begin, when everything about a hotel is wrong. The location is not convenient if you’re without a car. You to take bus 246 to the Metro Station to be anything civilized. After three nights of complaining about the our room being uncomfortably hot, we were finally switched to another room after the 3rd night. The restaurant did not have the items on the memo that were available and the lack of staff on how to make drinks at the bar is lacking.
Traveler's tip
If you wish to visit Rome and the downtown area, I would suggest you stay at a hotel within the downtown area even if it mean a few extra bucks.

Black hotel, as they are named, it was very dark especially in reciption. Room was just fine.

Not What I Expected!!!
I was here for a short stay and the 4 star does not apply to this hotel. The rooms were too small and the walls very thin. Doors slamming were a problem. No closet space to store your belongings just 4 hangers. The air conditioning ran continuously not being able to control the temperature. I really expected more from this the internet made it seem so much More!!!!
