A Decent Stay
Given that this was primarily a business type trip, and given the price, this was a decent value. The room was small but adequate and clean. The breakfast was also adequate. Nothing was particularly outstanding, but it met our needs for this trip.

You won’t want to sleep in...
To sum our stay up: * The room appeared to have not been vaccuumed at all upon arrival * Carpet was "sticky", kind of like the floor in a movie theater * The tile in the bathroom was in noticable need of repair/replacement * We could hear our neighbors on both sides * We stayed three nights, and if you weren’t out of your room by 8:30am housecleaning would completely skip the room. We had to ask the front desk for towels on two occassions * The air conditioner smelled like stale/stagnant water. Apparently they were in the middle of replacement of other units, because they used the fourth floor stairs/landing as a storage location for the old units On the plus side: * Breakfast was decent all three mornings we were there. * Our kids loved the zebra finches in the lobby * The front-desk staff had good attitudes * We weren’t kicked off the property for carving pumpkins on the "front lawn" * There was adequate parking We’re not planning on staying here again for a future trip to Jackson, despite the convenient location.
The "Pumpkin Patch" is just 14 miles northeast on Hwy 25 and you can easily spend a good part of the day there (during the fall). We enjoyed ourselves!
