Management Problems
My room had what should have been minor repair issues, but because they were not communicated with maintanence (or maintenance did not act) it amounted to a lousy night’s sleep. The toilet ran all night and hourly the refrigerator compressor made three knocks, waking me every hour. Needless to say, I was glad to go. The hotel would have been great if these simple things had been fixed as they occurred.

June Stay at Albany Hilton Gardens
Nice hotel; One of the best in Albany. Not the fanciest in decorations but nice entrance and location in the city. Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Bed very comfortable; Management very accomodating; Would recommend.
