Not impressed
Room was dirty, had a musty odor. Fixtures were in disrepair. Walls were so thin I could hear the person in the next room talking all night. I got very little sleep. Breakfast buffet was totally chaotic and understaffed. I would not go back there.

Basic no frills
Basic hotel room. The hotel is definitely showing its age. The people were friendly. The only real complaint I have is with the restaurant. The entrees came with two side items and we ordered fish and chips, and the menu made it appear that the fish and chips were the entree. We did not receive both of our side items or bread.

Would definitely stay there again
I went to visit my son who is attending Univ. of Albany for the weekend. The hotel is right across the street from the college and I was pleasantly surprised! Was a little outdated but was clean and the bed was very comfortable! My daughter LOVED the indoor pool.
