Clean and Comfortable
The hotel was clean and the staff was responsive and helpful. I stayed with my pets and the staff worked around our schedule to clean the room when we were out, often with very short notice. My only complaint was that the front desk staff was not familiar with wheather or not animals were permitted at specific public locations. For example they assured me that dogs were allowed at both Prescott Park and Rye Beach. At both locations I saw prominently displayed signs indicating no pets. This forced me to either change my plans or take the dogs back to the hotel. Overall my experience was good and I would recommend this hotel.

Great service, great place for family stay
Located close to historic Portsmouth, this hotel offers all the comforts one looks for when traveling with a family. On top of that, the hotel is very well kept, rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff are both polite and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!
There are a number of family (kid) friendly restaurants in the area, very helpful especially when the kids are tired from traveling
