Basic things missing
No shampoo. No breakfast. Thats not a location where you can buy stuff to cook easily. How hard is it to provide just basic toast and jam/butter for guests. Im not asking for a big nice breakfast...
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Looks like a Days Inn is right next door. Perhaps next time Ill try that instead...

Small room but perfect for visit
Small room. Queen size bed filled space. Only a chairs width from the air conditioning unit in the window. Temperature guage must have been broken because it was either really cold or you had to turn off the unit. Entire kitchenette. Full refrigerator. No dishwasher. But everything else needed for an efficient stay. About a mile from TCU campus. Next to gas station and four walking distance restaurants. Across the street from a nice strip mall with bookstore and other options. Right off the I-30 and University Drive so very easy freeway access. Next to new four story building under construction. They began work at 7:30am so was a bit noisy when the air conditioner was turned off. A very good value for the area. Room comfort is limited, but sufficient for someone solo.

Everything I expected
I stayed here mainly because of its price and proximity to TCU. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is designed for extended stays, so you have your own kitchen with all necessary utensils. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. Overall, you cant get much better for the price.
Traveler's tip on shopping
The hotel is located across the street from an upscale shopping center with stores like Banana Republic, Gap, Barnes & Noble, and others. There is also a Chilis, Starbucks, Blue Mesa, Old South, and Jack in the Box within a couple blocks.
