Id stay downtown next time
Id spend a little extra money and stay downtown next time. Although the bus stop was about 1000 from the front door, it was still a 20 minute ride to downtown. When we checked in, we were told breakfast was included. When we checked out, they said it wasnt but they did credit us for one of the breakfasts. We had the concierge make us reservations downtown for a Sunday night dinner. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed because it was Sunday. The concierge never called us. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable but the public areas needed painting and the windows were dirty.

Beautiful and comfortable
This was my second time at the Radisson St. Helen. Its a beautiful hotel and was in wonderful condition. The room was big and comfortable and the service in the hotel mixed but generally quite good. I know Dublin well and like to take the bus and walk along the sea. Both are easily accessible from the hotel. The food and service in the various dining areas was very good and, again, unusually comfortable. There was a bad odor drifting up from some lower kitchen, but was limited and was the only small thing to mar an otherwise perfect visit.

Dont miss the food!
What a lovely place to stay! While it is a bit outside of Dublin, its worth the distance. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff very helpful. If you get a chance, consider visiting both the bar/lounge and the downstairs restaurant. Both had great food!
