Good value, reasonable accomodations
This was a pretty good hotel for the price. For some reason, they confused my booking (tried to give me 1 King, instead of 2 Queens), but the front desk made it right. Also, they seem to want to fill those rooms next to the front road (very noisy), instead of the ones further back. Eventually, we got a room at the back. The room was quite clean and comfortable (if a bit on the small side). Free parking ends up being quite a bonus in this area. The Lion’s Gate Bridge can be quite crowded, so time your arrival! All in all, this hotel provided a good value. I will use them again when in North Vancouver.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
If you get a sunny day, rent a bicycle to tour around Stanley Park. It’s fantastic! (Take care to avoid rush hour on the Lion’s Gate Bridge, if you can...)

Its a room to sleep in
The hotel is in a perfect location with loads to do in walking distance and depending on where the room is located, a great view of Grouse Mountain. Unfortunatly, those are about the only highlights of the hotel. Upon check in, the employee was not as welcoming once they relized we were from the states. Not exactly the most professional thing to do. The cont. breakfast was so-so. If looking for a resonable place to stay in Vancouver and not planing on spending a lot of time in the room than its okay, otherwise fork out the money and go someplace they will appreciate your visit and money.

Great location, convenient, comfortable
Hotel was clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Short drive to downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, Capilano Susp. bridge and Grouse Mountain. Conveniently located to restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
If you are interested in whale/wildlife watching make the short journey to Campbell River on Vancouver Island and go with Discovery Marine Safaris. It is well worth the time and money.
