Would stay again!
The rooms were very clean and nice. We had 2 rooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double. Both rooms were small but like I said very clean and the bathroom was emaculate. The staff spoke English and was very helpful in helping us plan a self guided trip through Berlin that cost us very little due to not having a tour guide. The front desk person mapped out a tour for us and helped us purchase a mass transit ticket. Breakfast was very good, both hot and cold items and lots of variety. Would stay here again or recommend to a friend!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
There is a family mass transit ticket available right at the hotel for 15,90 Euros. There were 4 of us and that got us around all day!

Lovely hotel near a tram stop in Berlin
We were delighted with the hotel. There was free parking; the room was comfortable; the tram stopped about a block away, so traveling to the center of Berlin was easy and inexpensive, and we bought tickets from the receptionist; the included breakfast was excellent; and it was interesting to stay in former East Berlin.
Traveler's tip
If you are driving, you need a GPS to find the hotel...at least we certainly did.

Adequate for price
Hotel and staff were very charming and helpful. Our room was very small. However, since we only use it for sleeping, it was adequate for us. An easy though somewhat lengthy tram ride to the main attractions.
