Would not go back again
We arrived 90 minutes before check-in time and was told the room was not ready and to return at 3:00. My husband needed to use the bathroom in the lobby and said it was totally trashed; feces on seats, paper on floor. The clerk heard this and said they’d get right on it. When we returned at 3:00 nothing had been done to the filthy restroom. The carpet in the hallways looked as if it had never been cleaned. Our room looked a little better than the hallway yet we had no telephone and no table to eat from even though the room had a microwave and small fridge. The clock had not been set since the time changed a week so it’s my guess that they could have let us check in when we arrived. The only good things were the breakfast and the comfortable bed.

Comfortable room, and make good usage of the hotel shuttle service!!
The location isn’t too close to the center but they have a hotel shuttle which will take you to all the places you would wanna go, even stockyards (which is like 15 minutes drive) and pick you up, so it is suuper convenient (especially as I was travelling on my own, so much cheaper than hailing taxis on my own). It will also pick you up from the greyhound/train station. Just make sure you know their front desk number beforehand and call them. The driver isn’t too busy although prob different in the summer. Good place to stay and very convenient with clean comfortable rooms and breakfast!!
Try to go to stockyards on a friday/sat, that’s when it is most lively!
