I would stay there again.
I was in Portland for business and my traveling companion’s visit was leisure. The hotel location was convenient for my meeting schedule and my companion’s shopping,etc. Lovely room. Very nice staff.

disappointed
We booked this hotel since it has heated swimming pool and sauna. The picture on their web is very impressive. However, when we got there, we were told that the hotel is under re-construction, therefore the swimming pool is closed. They said we can use the swimming pool in the HolidayInn next door. It is not convenience, but still something available for us. So we went there. HolidayInn only has a swimming pool. Nothing else. The room is warm, but not the water. My old daughter (5 year old) get in water for 10 min and did not want to play any more. She said "too cold". My younger daugher (9 month) got a cold and later developped ear infection. I book this hotel from expedia. It comes with 4 free movie tickets. When we checked in, they did not give the movie tickets to us. I called during our stay, they said they will deliver the tickets to our door. That did not happen. When I check out, I mentioned the movie tickets again, the clerk there is very reluctant to give that to me, makes me feel I am trying to steal something away from them. He even wrote down all the code on the movie tickets. Overall, it is very disappointing
