Hotel situated in a quiet area, very close to shopping malls and downtown Laval. Staff not very friendly though, especially at the front desk. Overall was good, but service could be improved.

Clean and comfortable - recommended for travelers WITH car
My wife and teenage nephew stayed here on our first to Montreal dureing the last weekend of August 2009. The lobby was clean and bright, as was the atrium which had several floors and a lot of sunlight. Breakfast was pretty good, not spectacular, but all of the fruit was fresh. The room had a slight musty odor as did the halls. The room and bathroom were clean and fairly well maintained. The indoor pool hours (open until 11pm) were great to allow for some relaxation after sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this reasonably priced and clean hotel to anyone who has a vehicle. We saved A LOT of money compared to a downtown hotel and the car ride was a 20 minute jaunt down the highway. Definitely staying again if we revisit Montreal.

Avoid if you can
This hotel is terrible: the wireless internet never worked (despite multiple calls to the front desk), the breakfast was disgusting, there was water leaking from the roof in the dining hall, and to top it off the room service lady was knocking on doors like a crazy at 7AM!!
