Bad, bad, bad
The phones don’t work. The bathroom leaks. The curtains won’t close. The toilet hardly flushes. The lighting is inadequate. They totally ignored complaints. Help, I want my money back.

Agree with other reviews but.....
I agree that the hotel is run down. But staying for one night and shopping for two days it was perfectly fine. We were quickly upgraded as soon as we realized we had no heat in one room and our other room smelled like smoke. You get what you pay for. From what I could see changes are being made. I actually booked us in the wrong place but in the end it worked out, so we were nervous upon arrival not knowing what to expect after reading other reviews that were not so nice. I would stay there again no problem.
Traveler's tip on shopping
We could walk to Settlers Green shopping while Mom rested in her room. Across the street are more shops. So if you’re going to shop or ski and be gone all day it’s the perfect place to stay. I am not picky as long as there is a place to sleep.

old and rundown
The room was run down and the bathroom was even worse. Rusty and broken tissue holder, tiny towels, black marks all over the floor. Very poor lighting. Little, if any sound proofing - people talking in the hallway sounded like they were in the same room. Noise from the room above woke us up too early in the morning. The pool area was terrible. I would be afraid to go in the water.
