They are not professionals
I had paid the airport pick up and drop off, I gave the flight details to them by telephone, which were correctly repeated after me, but they never showed up at the airport, because "probably the girl at the reception didn’t write down the flight details". 2,5 hours waiting at the airport and then we just hired another cab. The room was nice and comfortable.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you only want to sleep is ok. If you need any extra service, I don’t know if you could trust them....

Good hotel in Delhi
I was pleasantly surprised with the Lemon Tree Hotel in Udyog Vihar. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel was clean. The staff was very courteous, spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Really the only downfall was that when I arrived and asked for a cup of tea, it never came.
