Great Views, Great People. Nice Rooms
The Royal Harbour is a great spot. It’s a well run and very friendly facility. The rooms are nice. Not fancy but clean and comfortable. The only real pitfall was a weak shower. The living areas are all very comfortable and cozy. The breakfast area is beautiful with the sun shining through over the channel. Great food too. The town centre is a 3 minute walk away with many pubs and restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
The Churchill Pub up the street had a killer blues band and has music regularly in a great setting. There is another pub around the corner that have some great karaoke. Diverse ethnic menu options are available within a 3 minute walk.
