Windsor
Very firendly people. Hotel needs some paint. The internal smell is not friendly.

Not a place to stay
We were on the 3rd floor. There was a terrible smell. The room smelled even worse. The room had a wet feeling to it, like if you were camping. And there was a huge roach in the hallway.
