Not impressed

Will never return to this hotel. Our room was dirty, had gross hair all over the bed was not cleaned at all.Our room was cleaned only once out of the 4 nights we stayed there by housekeeping. Had to go to front desk just to get toilet paper. Asked front desk several times for a new blanket without hair, took them 4 hrs and several phone calls to get the blanket. Will never return again.

Take your family eleswhere not worth saving a few dollars to stay at this hotel.

Not worth the headache.

This hotel is okay, but the hot tub didn’t work for most of the stay, our toilet overflowed daily, and by the third day we discovered we had a mouse in the room. The pool is also smaller than in the picture and only 4ft deep. The a/c unit was on one side of the room which is divided and the side with the beds is hot. Also the cable only gets about 12 channels and there is no pay per view or dvd players for the kids, and no kid channels-all news and local channels. The housekeepers did not clean up every day but did leave towels and make the beds. There was also not enough room or places to put your luggage and the restroom is all together, no seperate vanity area.

If you are going to get away on a quick vacation try staying in the newer hotels right next to six flags on the south side of I-30.. This hotel was very hard to get to because of all the construction (which starts at 5am everyday.)

Go ahead and spend the extra 10 or 20 dollars. TRUST ME!

Like other travelers, I am not going to spend a great deal of money to stay somewhere for a night to just shower and sleep. On this occassion, I wish I had. This was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It was VERY dirty, nonsmoking room reeked of stale smoke. I hated to even step in the bathtub to shower and my kids decided they would wait until we got home to shower. I had my kids up and dressed by 7 AM just so we could leave. Called front desk to request towels, there were only 2 in the room, and never received them. Our room was on the back side of the hotel facing what looked to be a housing project which was very noisey and a little scarey. My daughter wanted to swim a little while, so I took her to the pool which was about 1/4 of the size that shows in the photos. It was full of men drinking beer. Needless to say, we returned to the room. Trust me, spend 10 or 20 extra dollars and stay somewhere cleaner. It will be worth it.
