Won’t use this hotel chain again.
The hotel met its basic requirement - a place to sleep and a kitchen to fix meals. The room was barely clean. The staff did not respond to any requests, such as fix the bedside light and alarm, bring some extra hangers, fix the bathroom exhaust fan, etc. The refrigerator froze our food, the dishwaster didn’t work, the kitchen light didn’t work, and on and on. Perhaps this is just a bad example of Extended Stay hotels as I like the concept, but I will book with someone else on the next trip.

My first and last stay here
I requested a non- smoking room and was placed into just the opposite. I woke up with my allergies flaring. The sink and toilet had hair in it when I arrived. The mattress had large amounts of blood stains on the sides of them and there was barley any barrier between the sheets and the mattresses. I slept on top of the comforter. This room was not very sanitary. There is no daily room service, unless you pay an additional fee.

not impressed
Hotel was "OK", but nothing great. Although I stayed for 3 days, there was zero house keeping. I was told at check in only, not during the reservation process. Not even clean towels! The bed was terribly uncomfortable, basically a cheap mattress that you could feel the springs through the top when you layed down. I won’t stay there again due to the bed.
