Convenient Downtown SFO Hotel
If you want a convenient budget hotel in downtown SFO near the Union Square, then the Stratford hotel is it. Walking distance to the BART subway, bus stations, Moscone Center, Union Square. Macy’s, Borders Book Store, Saks, Apple shops Old Navy the Stratford hotel is unbeatable. Only thing is there is no airconditioner, only heater. So if you want a cooler room there is no way to do it but to open the windows as long as it is cooler outside. Wonder what would happen when its summer. Overall, I would recommend to my friends and return to the same hotel if I have to go back. Just hope its not during warm weather.

Best bang for your buck!
The location is excellent! The hotel is located right in the heart of all the action and bustle by Powell St. and Market St. The rooms are tiny but for such low prices, you can’t really complain. The cable TV wasn’t the best and the sink is by the bed, but aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget looking to spend a few days in SF.
