excellent!
this hotel exceeded my expectations. the rooms were clean and set up cozzy. my sisters and i got lost on the way there and the friendly staff helped us step by step and gave us a short helpful four. also i found it inviting that there was a starbucks and a pizza hut located inside the hotel. the only inconvenience i had was the self-parking. the garage was a bit conjested and confusing. friendly staff, great view, awsome pool, comfortable rooms... this hotel was excellent!

Great location for Disney or Convention
Even though his hotel is so close to the Convention Center, it also can cater to other junior family members with a Pizza Hut and Starbucks inside the lobby. Nice pool area and within easy walking distance to Disneyland as well as other nice restaurants such as Morton’s Steak House. The only minor issue I had was the smallness of the bathroom when having to share the counter space with my family!

HORRIBLE HOTEL
this hotel was probably the worst we have ever stayed at. they tried charging us for EVERYTHING. first of all, the parking is 20 dollars a day. and you park a good quarter mile from your room. then local phonecalls are a dollar a minute. internet is 13 dollars a day. NOTHING IS COMPLIMENTARY. the staff was nice and the restaurant was great but thats IT. the room is TINY, not worth the money. then i forget my phone and they tried to charge me 35 dollars to ship it back when i checked with UPS and it was only 14 dollars to ship. they told my sister it was only 12 dollars a day for parking since booking with experdia and then they changed their mind and they charged her the difference after we already left. what a joke. this hotel was horrible. we will never staythere AGAIN.
