Really nice for the price
I was really expecting a terrible room for the price we paid. Everything was wonderful. Service, room, et cetera. The only issue was there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room and we have a problem with our bathtub but it was fixed.

Not a good choice for families
As a female traveler with a child, I did not feel safe at this hotel. After getting lost in Charlotte, we arrived late at night to find the side parking lot filled with people in lawn chairs who were evidently celebrating after a concert. The room rate was much higher than what was advertised online, but I was tired at that point and didn’t go elsewhere. The toilet in our room did not flush. The elevator was stuffy and had a strong pet odor. The stairs leading to the first floor looked as if a body had been dragged down them and crime scene tape had just been removed. We did not stay here on the return trip.

Lots of space!
Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, a nice pool, and a good breakfast. All in all a nice place to stay.
