This is a beautiful small hotel in a lovely setting. Accommodations and service are superb.

Loved It!
Lovely hotel on bank of River Ness- short walk to town along the river- hotel staff very nice. We loved our room! Complimentary breakfast wonderful. Take advantage of the walking trails over the small islands in the river that are a short stroll from the hotel- someting you’d definitely miss if you stayed elsewhere.

disinterested poor service
This hotel lacks acceptable levels of hospitality. Every encounter with hotel staff was frustrating. It was as if I was bothering them. Everyone was so disinterested in our simple needs: the code to get into our building had changed without notice, when the bar opens (and once open getting service was quite a challenge) and even trying to check out. We couldn’t even have breakfast as it took so long to get an order in, they forgot our coffee and we finally left. So we had a little cereal. Not one staff member seemed to care about our stay.
