Great hotel
Hotel was very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was excellent as well.

Great hotel; just needs better management!
We were very pleased with most of what we found at the hotel. However, the pool was closed for maintenance and, even though I called ahead to check, I was never told we couldn’t use it. They did make arrangements to use one of their other properties pool several blocks away. After the pool problem we took our grandkids down to get something to eat in the hotel restraurant and was told it was closed due to a shortage of staff. They did offer to feed us at the bar which was not exceptable with 6 & 9 year old grandchilldren! Other than that, everything else was very good...
