Not a 4 star - more like a 2 star
Although staff was somewhat nice, this hotel could barely be called a 2 star hotel. The hallway carpet was filthy, there was a cigarette burn in the bedspread, there were no double beds as promised online - the beds were more like cots. We rented 4 rooms and they were all the same - horrible. The hose to the hair dryers in 3 of the room had large slices in them so they did not work & in the 4th room it was ripped off the wall! The toilets did not shut off and the shower was barely usable. Expedia did help us get 50% of our money back and through my working with the manger & multiple phone calls, was able to get 1 additional night’s refund. We would NEVER go back here or recommend it to anyone.

Great Work Oasis
Comfortable rooms in walking distance to everything, and all rooms have wireless access! ...which is tough to find in the Algarve. It was very easy to make this a working vacation.
