Fairly comfortable-not bad.
This hotel was fairly comfortable, had a nice indoor pool and jacuzzi which I enjoyed. The fitness center only had one piece of equipment-a treadmill. The weakest area of hotel was the breakfast area-way too small and not well arranged. It was very crowded and only had one waffle iron, so people were standing in line. Food items were fine, but difficult to get to.

There was a nearby go-cart track which my grandson and husband were able to enjoy.

won’t stay there again
The hotel clerk was not helpful on arrival. We arrived around 1:00 and she in a very rude way said she could not check us in until 2. No other option was given such as a room might be ready earlier. That was understandable but the parking lot was empty and the manner she told us disappointing. Later after checking into a room we found the A/C did not work and had to repack our things and move to another room. Too bad as the hotel was clean and convenient to attractions.

Had a great stay
Everybody at the hotel was so nice and accommudating. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. I would definately choose this hotel if I ever visit Hot Springs again.
Traveler's tip on shopping
I would have liked it if there were more gift shops near the hotel. We had to go all the way downtown to find gifts to bring back home to friends and family
