Would definitely go back if I visited Delhi again

Very efficient and courteous hotel staff made everything happen for us

The room was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The hotel staff was very efficient and courteous. We checked in within 5 minutes. 24 hour room service was a relief for us when we returned late to the hotel very hungry. You ask for anything and be assured that it will be done right away. Proximity to the train station is an added advantage. The hotel arranged for a car to drop us at the train station to help us catch a very early morning train to haridwar. I will be travelling to Delhi on a yearly basis and I will be staying in Clark Internation for sure. I am not looking elsewhere.

Nice Place

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The first room given did have a leaky toilet but i spoke with reception and we moved rooms immediately. The new room was clean, comfortable with AC, fan and TV with english channels. All staff were nice and did not hassle us at all. I also liked the location in the local market with lots of food choices and easy to get into the main tourist areas by Rickshaw or Metro. I would stay here again if in Delhi.

OK forhe money, location so, so...

The rooms are rather small. Bedding is OK. Minibar overpriced. The Airport pick up and free internet a huge PLUS.

As stated, the airport pickup is a huge plus to choose this hotel, as you do not need to struggle with the cabbies. Free internet another plus. Restayrant is good, and so is the included breakfast. Location...so,so, and rooms are clean but smallish. Elevator gets stuck...always !

Worth the Money

we took 2 rooms room 107 was great 106 was not good, had an old bathroom tv remote was finicky and room not updated. the service was great, breakfast was very good and the location is central to everything. worth the money but dont take room 107

We needed a decent hotel room at a reasonable price.This was perfect for us. We needed a good a/c room with a place to sleep,shower and store our luggage. We were out most of the time. Our room, though small,was clean. Staff, especially at front desk were friendly. Internet access was good and fast. The only thing they could have done better was to send us a bigger vechicle for airport pick-up. It was tough to load our luggages in the small car they sent, but they managed it. If you have a lot of luggage, please mention that in advance and ask them to send a bigger vechicle.

If you are looking for a clean room to stay, this is a good place for the price. You have to ignore the surroundings, since this is in a very busy narket area. All I wanted was a decent clean a/c room and a safe place to stay, and this was perfect. There is a good Rajasthani food restaurant nearby that was recommended by the front desk manager.

I recently made a trip to India and stayed at hotel Clark International,New Delhi for few days with my family. Some good stuff: Clean & well maintained hotel and room with good ambiance. Courteous support staff. Feeling of security. My family liked the mouth watering morning breakfast. Free Airport pickup & courteous driver. Some not so good stuff: While booking this hotel, if you need airport pickup mention that you need AC car.In peak Delhi summer,I had to request the car driver to switch on the car AC.The driver told me that the hotel had sent a non AC car.

This hotel is situated in karolbagh which is one of the busiest market place in Delhi.Always be careful about your personal belongings when you hang out here.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price

The room was in great condition, the staff are helpful and the restaurant has great vegetarian (and other) food. The Internet access was fast and stable. The breakfast is complete and contains a variety of options.

Use the metro, only a few blocks from the hotel, as a way to rapidly and safely get around the city and save on transportation costs (only 8 Rupees per ride!).

Was nice, neat and clean. I liked the location, in the heart of city and everything available. Hospitality was amazing and good food.

Nice mid-level hotel

I’ve never stayed in 5-star hotels, but do prefer to pay a little more for comfort than the low end. For what I paid, Hotel Clark International was a great place. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with hiring a driver, interpreting at a local money exchange, etc. Also, great rooftop restaurant. Very important. Will stay here again.

The Karol Barg area is a huge Bazaar. I’m not a huge shopper, so we hired a car for the day to check out the sites to the south. It was more expensive than the auto rickshaws, but worth it.

Good mid-range hotel, pick the best rooms

An upper quality room in Hotel Clark is a very good option among the mid-range hotels in Delhi and a much cheaper alternative to the five star hotels in the city. Hotel Clark is in Karol Bagh, in a safe but crowded and not very clean commercial area of the city. Shopping, eating and some services are a block away and tend to be cheaper in Karol Bagh than in other parts of the city. The hotel is conveniently located nearby the excellent metro system of Delhi and is not far from the city center (20-30 minutes by auto-rickshaw or taxi, less by metro or if there is no traffic). As in other hotels, your level of comfort will vary according to the quality of the room you choose but the small difference in prices more than justifies picking a better room. Upper scale rooms are clean and modern, with cable TV, internet and other facilities.

Traveler's tip on shopping

Delhi is a big city but transportation is cheap there. Staying nearby the excellent metro system of the city is always a good option. It is fast, clean, reliable, cheap and has air conditioning! Most touristic areas of Old Delhi, government buildings and the city center (Connaugh Place) can be easily reached by metro. Taxis and auto-rickshaws make the transportation to and from the metro stations.

A Very Good Hotel, albeit located in a dusty Bazar area of Delhi

I booked the hotel through Expedia on January 26th (for Feb 1st stay) and the very next day Expedia dropped the price by 25%. Just cannot get over it, not yet!

The hotel is comparablybly clean im comparison with its 3-star peers in Karol Bagh area. Breakfast is not worth getting up on time though - just instant coffee and chicken nuggets in addition to Indian vegetable food. Processing of omelettes can take up to 45 minutes.

Would not go back

This hotel provides fine accomodation if you are looking to stay right in the middle of New Delhi’s crowd and informal trade. Accomodation in Delhi in average 5 star hotels is over-priced, and Clark International Hotel provides a good option if you dont mind the mothballs constant smell, the street noise and non-english speaking personeel at front desk.

Nothing Executive about the room

Ordered an "Executive Room" which turned out to be far from it: Worn down room which was clean, but certainly not executive. As far as value for money was concerned, there was no correlation. Happened to see a Club room, which seemed much nicer, but at a premium pørice. Hotel staff was helpful and the included breakfast was OK.

As noted, this is a very acceptable hotel for the money. They arranged a side trip to my satisfaction. They also arranged my pickup - for free - at the airport. It is not the best neighborhood, but the hotel was fine.

Hotel staff was very nice and accomadating. However the hotel comfort was very low below standard room comfort. Plus I didn’t sleep most of the night from the street noise and car fumes from out side even though my windows were shut. Not recommended, Keith

Would book here every visit to Delhi

New Delhi India is a very expensive city to stay. This hotel has very reasonable charges. The service was excellent. Food was better than any of the other expensive hotels in Delhi. Location of this hotel is not the best but once you are inside the hotel that dose not matter. The breakfast buffet surpasses your expectations.

Good quality for the price

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel for the price I paid. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the shopping district of karol Bagh. I wasn’t very impressed with the restaurant they had in the hotel.

Bad neighborhood

Overall condition of the hotel OK. I booked a premium room, and room size was fine. Bathroom, AC OK. Staff is always pushy about their tours. They didn’t want to give us a map until we meet the tourguy. Breakfast is less than adequate. I only liked the omelette cooked upon request. Hotel is near Karol Bagh metro station, but neighborhood is very very poor!
